Experienced Concrete Foreman

Kemper is seeking an experienced Concrete Foremen for its job sites in Carrollton, KY. Must have at least 3 years’ experience with concrete forming and pouring. MUST be able to pass a drug screen.

    • General Laborers

    Kemper is seeking general construction laborers for its job sites in Carrollton, KY. This position is responsible for performing various duties on a construction site as directed by site leadership. The General Laborer Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Use of hand tools (shovel, rake, post hole digger etc.)
  • Installing silt fence
  • Inspection of trucks
  • Spotting and Flagging vehicles in and out of the construction site.
  • Sweeping and mopping trailer floor, and
  • Cleaning work area
  • Use of small heavy equipment (Skid steer, Backhoe, Mini Excavator, etc)
  • Asphalt experience is a PLUS!

    • CDL Truck Drivers

    Job Duties

  • Utilize Class A or B CDL
  • Responsible for daily operation of company trucks and equipment
  • Responsible for moving heavy equipment
  • Responsible for keeping a safe and clean work area
  • Local driving, home every evening

    • Qualified candidates will be detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, self-manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter. Previous experience in warehouse preferred. Office and computer skills preferred. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs. CLASS A or B CDL REQUIRED.
