General Laborers

Kemper is seeking general construction laborers for its job sites in Carrollton, KY. This position is responsible for performing various duties on a construction site as directed by site leadership. The General Laborer Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Use of hand tools (shovel, rake, post hole digger etc.)
• Installing silt fence
• Inspection of trucks
• Spotting and Flagging vehicles in and out of the construction site.
• Sweeping and mopping trailer floor, and
• Cleaning work area
• Use of small heavy equipment (Skid steer, Backhoe, Mini Excavator, etc)
• Asphalt experience is a PLUS!
